Meet with Liza here today and finally, the winter is almost gone. Pretty nice cafe with good food and and a warm atmosphere. Really love the vibe of this place. The coffee was hot and tasty. All in all, an enjoyable experience and we would dine here again.
Coffee. When I want my coffee in the morning I want it with a smile and I don’t want it to burn my mouth. Industri just does not deliver on service or good coffee.
No air-con. 40 degree day & the lady wouldn’t turn on the air con, even after requesting it. All a bit strange really.
Good food but overall bad experience. Calamari plate was nice and tasty.
BUT on a 40deg day with ac off the whole experience was ruined. Service was shocking, old lady was a bit ignorant…..
This charming cafe has become our firm favourite for lunch…wonderful menu of fresh and interesting dishes with European influence. Owner operator from people who know their food and deliver consistently.

Consistently lip smacking. Enjoy lunch here at least once a week…a Greek/Italian inspired fusion of freshly made short order lunches keeps me coming back. Greek style grilled calamari, spinach spanakoptia, rigatoni ragu, steak sandwich, slow roasted lamb shoulder, tasty vegetarian dishes really is just the start here…also the Nigella style cream cakes and biscuits are irresistible. Yum!
Hidden FitzroyTreasure. This place is not a dissapointment from the first word you read about on reviews! The food was…what you call it…foodporn! you seriously eat with your eyes here. I had the deep fried eggs. The eggs was actually pached but then later crumbled and deep fried for a few sec? Its something i’ve never seen or tasted before. My partner had the Salmon and cornbread. Both was delicous! There was another thing on the menu which i dont mind and i hope ppl try it. Eel! It’s a prefect subsitude to Salmon i reckon….It’s a small open kitchen and you could see the chefs all hard at work. The coffee was good although my strong coffee was a tat too creamy but that’s first world problem 🙂 Now the spot of this place is cool. It’s one of those little warehouse/garage turned cafe. I guess they need that kind of a spot because they are a coffee roasters too. I just loved how they walled their walls. Thinking recycle. One thing to be aware though. There’s a big parking just opposite the cafe. It doesnt looks like a paid parking at first glance but it is. My suggestion is, park your car if you’re driving in slightly out so you could walk through all the hidden lanes of Fitzroy. It’ll feel like a treasure hunt plus you get to see some awesome graffiti artwork along the way.
Great place and Artwork is ummm interesting. Been here a few times and really like it. I know that some of the staff have not enjoyed feedback but they are busy. I reckon some more openness to feedback and be a bit more friendly would be great, but when I am there I am usually meeting someone, so no real biggy
