Local hospitality professional Neale White has opened the doors to his new health-focussed venture, My Son, Joy. 'Indulgence shouldn't come at the expense of wellbeing,' Neale says of his menu, which focuses on ethical sourcing, allergy awareness and seasonal whole foods. 'I wanted to create a space for people to nourish their bodies with incredible, seasonal food while also staying healthy'. The all-day breakfast menu includes dishes such as house-made chargrilled sourdough, avocado, fermented daikon and mixed herbs, and soft-boiled eggs with grilled asparagus and Grana Padano, mayonnaise, spring onions and goats cheese.
