Came in on a hot day and I just wanted an ice coffee with ice cream.
Service was not a great experience, as the person taking my order didn’t give me a table Number as I did say I wanted to have it in, not takeaway.
Took a seat opposite the payment counter with my partner and waited for our ice coffees.
Order was up and ready – in takeaway cups, (again I did say I wanted to have here when ordering)
Guy who took my order kept looking around for me, didn’t call out the order at all – as you would if it was takeaway?!? I could see he was about to just leave it on the counter and walk away!!
I walked up and took my coffees, sat back down with my partner to drink them on their tables.
Really need to up your game on the service guys

The only thing is the person serving me didnt ask whether I wanted it hot or cold (even tho it stayed it can be served both ways).
