The Big Pan Paella here is some seriously good value for money. At $14.50, you get yourself a Paella filled with chicken, chorizos, calamari, and two muscles. I wouldnt say its the best Paella out there but its great quality nevertheless.
Would highly recommend trying this place out just for the Paella.
To say that their paella is the best in Melbourne is probably overrated. But still it is pretty good. We had provincial paella which took 30 mins or so to cook. Damn long, but they did warned us about it. Still if it can be made faster it would be great. The paella got plenty of stuffs in it and the rice was more moist compared to some other paella. The service was generally good but I think they need way more people especially on the weekend.
Came here after being lured in by the professional chefs cooking big pots of the paella in front of the walking crowd. Lined up to get a seat and the service was remarkably fast and friendly. Ordered the big provincial paella which features chorizo sausage, chicken, calamari and mussels. Was so flavoursome! I will definitely be back when Im less full to try the other items. Make sure to order a sangria while you wait
