Peter (caf owner and accomplished chef) is a man that could teach, mentor, and provide nostalgia from a world once forgotten regarding food. It was a privilege to meet Peter and listen to his wealth of knowledge of food, he really has learnt and lives by the old quote teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.
