Have only recently come across the smoothie bowl/juice trend but unfortunately the Mermaid Bowl from Trillium fell short. It was a very watery consistency, so much so that I ended up just drinking it from the tub rather than use the spoon. The flavour was nice, I enjoyed the spirulina and it certainly looked beautiful but I didn’t think it was worth its $16 price tag.
The food menu looked good, I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back for lunch but wouldn’t rush for another smoothie bowl.
