Ordered the Go Hawaiian (chicken) was very good, not tried any other burgers but I can recommend this one . The presentation wasnt that great but i guess the taste at the end matters more.
I could not give any thing less than this worst rating. It was such a bad experience after I have been in Australia for 4 years. I visited this place on 12 June in the afternoon when my daughter wanted to eat something. I waited for 20 minutes for the order (#68), even after that my daughter and I were just in front of the shop still waiting. When I asked about my order, they said due to a technical error, they missed the order. It was so disappointing as my daughter was so hungry after so such a long wait.
I hope they will take some measures to fix this issue.
Worst food ever, way high priced….
Charged $6 for frozen Nuggets. Chips are suggy, we asked for 2 burgers, they didn’t even marked which one is which, when I went to ask in the counter- they opened my burger on the top of counter and replied me rudely that the guy has already said to my partner which was not coz I went to pick my food with him…. never coming back and if their is a rating below 1, I would have given them that…..
Worst service I have ever received and not by the lovely girl at the front desk, by the chefs themselves. This was about mid last year, I had just arrived to DFO with my friend and we were very hungry. We wanted burgers and so we decided to give this place a go. I ordered a burger and asked for no tomato and pickles, when my order was ready I went and joined my friend at the table and I opened up my burger to check if they had placed no tomatoes and put pickles instead. There was no tomato and no pickles and I wasn’t mad this sometimes happens so I just went back up to the lady and said sorry sweetie this has no pickles in it can you please fix it for me and she apologised and said yes. So she gives the chefs the burger and I can see her telling one of them what happened, he starts getting mad at her and finds the docket and points at it. I assumed she forgot to add pickles but it doesn’t matter I would have paid extra for it if she didn’t put it through originally. So he puts my burger on the back bench and I wait and wait and wait, nobody is doing anything to my burger. I waited for 15 minutes and I was checking my phone continuously as well, finally the girl goes to my burger and opens it, gets pickles with her gloves and puts them in and gives me the burger. By this time it was a 35 minute wait already between me ordering, receiving my meal and then waiting for the burger to be fixed. It was so disgustingly cold when she gave it to me, and they didn’t think to remake it. The chefs were angry and cursing because of this issue with my burger and one of them
Kept looking at me in a horrible way and it was making me uncomfortable the whole time. It wasn’t the girls fault, she wasn’t even a chef but she came to fix my burger anyway. The chefs that day were extremely rude and this place is actually really really bad, the burger was horrid I had one bite and I threw it out right away. My friend and I couldn’t comprehend why chefs would act like that when they are in clear view of the customers with a clear window separating themselves and the buyers.
Oh my god and the worst part is they were sweating so badly over the grill I was dying on the inside when they were making everyone’s burgers thinking it was dripping in our food

Came here on my lunch break as I was trying to find a shirt for a function and decided to try this burger joint.
What a disappointment, the menu is pretty small, the food took ages to come out and when it did it was not good.
The beef patty was dry and over cooked, the bun tasted stale but was crispy because they had fried it. The salad and sauce inside the burger tasted home made and cheap. The chips were even more disappointing as they were fish and chip shop chips with no salt!
Go Burgers does the job without being memorable. The burgers are decent in both taste and value for money and have quite a few options. Sides are as good without being spectacular. The thing that needs to be fixed is that the menu in not where you order…..doesn’t make any sense. I didn’t take it into account with the rating but it seems silly thing to do when setting up the place.
If you’re shopping at south wharf it’s basically the only burger option so it’ll hit the spot…but it’s not a place you’ll go out of your way for.
