A fantastic new(ish) wine bar at South Wharf. They have a great selection of wines and great food. This is the ‘sister’ to Valley Cellar Door in Moonee Ponds. It is away from all the noise of Southbank – walk a little bit further down (near DFO) and give it a try – I highly recommend it.
What a great spot on South Wharf! Came here with a group of girlfriends and did the wine and cheese pairing on offer. For just $45 we were treated to a REALLY generous portion of really delicious cheeses unlike anything Ive tried before, each cheese paired with two wines for the tasting.
The staff were very knowledgeable in the history and making of both the cheese and wine, and very friendly.
Will definitely be visiting this gem again
