Heard lots about this place, we had lunch and it was really good. Service was friendly and efficient. The food was spot on, tasty, looked amazing and came out quick. Highly recommend if your down chapel street
Unique food items presented well for dining. The staff were friendly and kind. I felt that the food was prepared healthy and organic refreshing the palettes.
The only thing I felt was that when I was looking at the menu was that the restaurant could have specified the menu in detail to identify the vegetarian vs meat items.
Great food, awesome space, very friendly staff and an exquisite menu. So many interesting and tasty dishes. Great coffee and cocktails too. Pricing not too OTT. Will definitely be visiting again.
Great place for a lazy lunch / afternoon on a popular corner on Chapel Street. The food is good and the service is too. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
2nd time here and still love this place. Spacious. Great use of plants as decor inside. Refreshing hibiscus pink lemonade. Well presented avocado and crispy pumpkin croquettes. Such a colourful dish . Friendly staff.

avocado & pumpkin dish: black bean, charred corn, carrot, tomato, goats feta, avocado, pumpkin croquettes & poached egg. The carrot was hard so it was difficult to eat. The pumpkin croquettes were delicious & filling. The dish was beautifully presented & all the food elements worked well together.
Absolutely loved Abacus! Came here with my mum for lunch and we shared a couple of small and large plates, and we enjoyed it all but we could not speak more highly of the ceviche and the pan fried fish! The flavours of both were tasty and fresh, both were perfectly cooked, and everything was well presented. The actual venue has a modern chic feel, and we came on a sunny day where the whole place was open and airy, such a great summer vibe! Will definitely return.
