Gave a good rating based on value for money and their ability to do quick and fresh food court style meals. Based on the type of class of food establishment; their team, service, speed and food is pretty ok, especially if you want something quick on the go. Considering they have so many people waiting to order, they do the food nice and with a friendly smile. Other more expensive places at Vogue Plaza don’t do food as fresh and good as them, so a pretty good value proposition here.
Food quality is below average. And the service is horrible. Went there twice, 1st time the food portion was a shame, and taste is about average, but had to wait for 20mins until my food was ready. Went there again today, asked if they accepted card, ordered a small take away, supposed to be $9.80, but was charged 10$ without being informed about the surcharge. Staff was rude, not giving out cutlery. No patience whatsoever. I don’t think I’ll ever go there again.
Food is really great. Wouldn’t say they were super friendly but quite efficient and the food came out quickly. Prices are great for what you are presented with. Taste is good also keep in mind that the taste and price are reasonable for what you are presented with.
Bought lemon chicken and rice take away. There wasn’t any chicken it was just lemon batter. I would have given less than 1 if I could. It was disgustingly bad.
