Came here with coworkers for dinner. Entre dip was not great and the bread was not fresh. The lamb cutlet was nice but the underlying dip was not the best. Mint tea and coffee were very nice. Overall for the price , I think you can find better options. Average.

Amazing Lebanese restaurant. I have been there few times. Very tasty food and Lebanese coffee.
My favourite appetisers are cheese cigars, Fatosh, tabula, batata hara and van leaves. From the main dishes, Samaka hara and Kufta are outstanding!!

Zarouna is really an awesome Lebanese restaurant in South Yarra. Just near to Chapel Street over Toorak Road. The restaurant has a magical atmosphere with candles inside colourful glasses on all the tables. A fireplace makes it more comfy. Now the food… at first glance, we were bit puzzled but ultimately could order a Lebneh dip, Chicken Fateh, Shish Tawouk and Mahalabieh dessert.
The Lebneh dip was not unusual in taste but the snacks they served was good. But the next three dishes was undoubtedly superb. Chicken Fateh is a dish with chick peas in some white sauce and Shish Tawouk is chicken skewers with a beautiful lemony and ginger touch. Last but not the least, the rice pudding called Mahalabieh was a great sweet item to end the day. Overall a good 5/5.
