We came to Arkibar for Friday night drinks and enjoyed some wines with a side of truffle fries. I really do like the place but find the staff so frosty its quite off putting. You kind of except that warm welcoming Italian hospitality but it is unfortunately sorely lacking

Ah that feeling you get when you see your food coming in a restaurant. It was lunchtime and I was starving but as that gnocchi floated towards me I could smell the authenticity. The prices are high for the location but the warm Italian hospitality and the courtyard garden growing fresh ingredients are pretty special.
I have been here on many occasions for cakes and they are absolutely beautiful. They are freshly baked and always rotating but the peach muffin is my pick and one to look out for
