Its been over a year since I wrote my original review and the recent change in ownership has slightly altered my opinions. Staff are not as friendly and the food is a little more hit and miss. The prices are still good but the salads are terrible and more often then not I find myself opting for the safe focaccia option. The hot food is generally tasty enough but often carb heavy. The convenience of the location is what keeps me going back
I have lunch here pretty much five days a week. There’s the standard selection of focaccias and roti wraps but I generally go for a salad pack where you can chose up to three salads from around 6 options that change daily. If I’m feeling quite hungry I chose the hot meal option where there are generally five or so choices and your pick of side. The options encompass a variety of cuisines and are always delicious ranging from burritos, curries, fish and chips to calamari. The muffins are very good too baked in house and there’s at least two different varieties available each day. With so much choice and such generous portions I’m pretty unlikely to bother with anywhere else in the area particularly given the reasonable pricing. Staff are great also and make an effort to know everyone’s name. I sometimes pop in after work too for a drink and there’s fun music playing and a happy hour. Miles ahead of your average cbd lunch cafe

Great lunch menu. Salads are awesome.
Coffee is OK, just because it’s inconsistent and tad overpriced.
Breakfast menu lacks vegetarian options. Tried Eggs Benedict – the corn bread crumbles and sriracha hollandaise doesn’t work. I wish they’d change it to muffin and regular hollandaise.
Nutshell- go for lunch. There are better breakfast cafes around.
