Gochi offers some above-average take-away sushi, albeit a bit pricey. Ive walked passed here many times and usually order a sushi roll along the way. However, after dining-in I must say Gochi has left a bad taste in my mouth.
I ordered some Salmon Nigiri and Salmon Bento. The Nigiri quality was very average at best, while the bento couldnt even pass as a snack with the quantity of food inside. This would all be well and good if the bento didnt set me back $22; they charge premium for average food.
Overall, I would still eat the take-away sushi if it were convenient, but I recommend everyone to stay away from this place if youre looking for decent restaurant food that wont rip you off.
Simple and classic Japanese food is served at Gochi. I love the design of the restaurant. Its the perfect place to catch up for dinner in Crown because its not as crowded as the food court and not as expensive as nearby restaurants. However for the food you order it is still at the pricier side for Japanese food but its Crown so you cant expect much else.
Peach wine servings are small. Generous servings of food though especially if you order a poke bowl or bento box. I was happy with the nigiri and takoyaki.
Service is also fast so a perfect place to go to prior to a movie.
Takeaway and dine in prices are different so customers wont be able to eat takeaway purchased food in the restaurant.
