Meatball Roll Meatball Roll Meatball Roll. The meatballs are soft and juicy. The juice soaks into the roll and makes this one of the best Ban Mi. The owners are friendly and happy to customise anything you like.

Located in Freshwater Place, Kenny’s has been here for years and is always busy during peak times. A great place to stop for a quick and cheap takeaway breakfast or lunch. They also have a few tables should you wish to eat in. Service is friendly and very efficient. They have a variety of rolls and sandwiches as well as sweet treats. The rolls are fresh and tasty. My fav is the chicken schnitzel salad roll. Coffee is not the best so I’d stick to the rolls and sweet treats!

Average food but quick service, however the strange thing is the rolls are not kept warm and they charge for heating the food , which for me was a first in Melbourne, would’ve expected this as a standard service to customers given that it was a very cold winter day.

Super quick sandwich/baguette style cafe that also has the Vietnamese rolls here! Love being able to include Asian style fillings like coriander and pickled carrot into sandwiches. The staff are friendly and the prices are great for a cheap and efficient lunch.
