The essence of No. 8 is the use of traditional cooking techniques in the kitchen, contemporary combinations of flavours combined with a bespoke selection of carefully farmed local produce. No. 8's unique style was most recently recognised with the award of a prestigious Chef Hat by The Age Good Food Guide 2015. The restaurant also received a Very Highly Recommended ranking with 3-Glass status in the Gourmet Traveller WINE awards.
