I mostly order their soft tacos in a meal set with their crinkle chips. Chips are seasoned well but can be a bit mushy at times. The tacos are fairly standard but I like them mostly because I’m not a fan of black beans in my tacos or burritos and unlike some other Mexican chains, they don’t have beans in their tacos. Overall quality though, it’s quite similar to something you can whip up on your own with a taco kit from the supermarket.
I’ve had a run of really, really ordinary estanlishments. On a Friday night they had two staff: one taking orders and one in the kitchen. As a result, my pork quesadilla took ages. When it was served it was oily and dripping. The provided plastic cutlery was useless. With guacamole – $16. What a disgrace.
