Food : It was late but it’s not a reason to serve a low quality of food… I ordered in takeaway but it’s was really bad… to stay polite. Just the red bean in sesame ball was ok.
Price : They gave me a big portion (end of the day) but it’s too expensive for the quality.
Service : Just wanted to close the shop I reckon.
Ambience : At The Crown Foodcourt, nothing special

We have takeaway here occasionally and always have the century egg and pork congee. At $10.80 for a big bowl it’s well worth the money if you’re craving congee, especially considering it’s located at Crown Casino. Congee is not exactly expensive food but it’s hard to find places that do it well for this price and portion.
Their other food is also pretty good but less value for money. I believe they are owned by the same people as Hutong dumpling bar, and while their Shanghai dumplings (Xiao long bao) are pretty decent, there are other places that serve the same quality at more reasonable prices. I don’t recommend standard dumplings here (or most places for that matter – most places serve dumplings with thick dough and are a waste of calories).
Their dough fritters (you tiao) are not bad, thinner and crispier than other places but not as good as the best ones you’ll find in other countries like Singapore.
