Perfect for hot weather like today. Got two scoops of the ice cream and it’s still called ‘midget’? It’s huge already. I love the chocolate ice cream. Those fruit ones aren’t my preference as it can be sour.
I used to love Trampoline, but the quality has changed through out the years. It is now less creamy/ fresh and overly sweet. The scoops we were served were small.
Probably good for a quick scoop for a little one on a hot day, but no longer one of the best gelato stores in Melbourne.

The textures of the sorbet are incredibly smooth and silky.
Caramel pear has always been a favourite of mine – the earthy fruitiness of the pear works really well with the gooey caramel.
Only downside is the 2 smallish scoops in a cup is $7, and if it’s in a cone, it’s $8. That’s more expensive than Mesina.
