Fast Vietnamese cuisine, plenty of pre-cooked items to eat in or takeaway. There’s a handful of these scattered around Springvale as they are super convenient and you can try multiple items. It has some nice home cooked dishes not commonly found at regular Vietnamese restaurants so it delivers on comfort food.
Got some of their braised pork (thit kho), fatty and tender but not as potent as we have it at home (not a bad thing). Eggplant was nice and creamy and chicken wings slightly spicy if not boney (that’s home cooking for you). They also have fried fish and various soups such as their sour soup (canh chua).
