Recommended for lovers of milk teas you couldnt get anywhere else.
With over 7 milk tea outlets in Springvale, we came across Cha Cha who recently opened and joined the tea war. Very modern and stylish interior design. Love how they provide charging stations for their customers, supplying all sorts of cables, from micro usb, lightening cable to type c. We tried the Matcha Cheese tea and their new Messy Black Sugar Pearls with milk. Definitely recommend stirring both drinks well or else you’ll get the cheesey after taste towards the end. The Messy Black was definitely too sweet for our liking but the pearls were soft and chewy. Was offered the Cha Cha membership on the spot and got 10% off the drinks. Very good service from the staff and the shop was always kept clean and tidy.

I came across this funky well styled place! Another tea place! Yes there is an influx of milk tea places in Springvale but they are all so different! I love a good Taiwanese milk tea and they place offered a really good one
I can’t keep up with the amount of tea shops that have popped up in Springvale. Whenever I am in Springvale to do my grocery shopping, I always make sure to treat myself with a bubble tea. Lately, I have found myself going back to Cha Cha Tea as I really like the Messy Sugar Black Pearl tea. Their brown/black sugar is made in-house and is not imported so they know what’s going into the tea that they serve their customers.
The only con I have is that sometimes they can be a bit stingy with their pearls. I am an avid fan of pearls and I always ask for a double serving of it, it really depends on who the person is making your drink because sometimes, I feel like they give me 1.5 servings than the full 2.
