This place has been around for awhile now and this is probably my third visit. One of the cheapest spots in Springvale they’ve got meals starting from $6.00, perhaps pre-prepared and at a smaller portion to justify to cost. My friend got that as well as an additional pork chop and loved it.
I got their popular bun bo hue dac biet (special BBH) which was decent, you get that lingering shrimp paste aftertaste with each spoonful of soup which was more on the pungent side. I also bumped up the heat with the chilli oil and chillies provided which enhanced the flavour profile. Aside from that you get some slices of beef, beef brisket, spongy cha and pork knuckle to keep your hungry at bay.
