New bakery in Springvale, they specialise mostly with cha lua and I got a feeling they are affiliated with Minh Duc Bakery as they do the same thing (and that one of the guys serving me looked familiar).
I get one of their cha lua special rolls which is a mixture of cha lua in a tiger roll. The tiger roll itself didn’t feel like it was baked on the day as it wasn’t that crusty. The cha lua inside the baguette was very generous yet light, very tasty with one of them having a distinct dill flavour. Could have done with more pickled carrots but the BBQ sauce and pate combo really hit the spot.
They don’t see much traffic as yet but once it picks up I’m sure the freshness and offerings will improve.
