Phka Chom Pa is a fabulous restaurant run by a very warm, welcoming and genuine family. They put a lot of care into their service and the quality of their food. The seafood is always fresh and delicious (highly recommend the fried fish with mango salad). The restaurant itself is very clean, especially the bathrooms which are impeccably clean. I would highly recommended this restaurant for anyone wanting to try Cambodian cuisine.

Attended the restaurant on New Years Week, as expected the establishment was busy (fair enough). Not my usual go to for Cambodian food.. as I usually frequent the one a few doors down.
Service was lacking and severely short-staffed. Didn’t mind waiting but we literally has to seat ourselves down on a table as no one greeted us upon entry. Furthermore, it took approximately 10 minutes for the restaurant owner to notice our presence, to hand our menus (after waving her down). Took an extra 15 minutes for them to take the order down and you can only expect the wait time for the food to be served.
Seriously guys, you had 5 families in that restaurant which was full house but please practice your customer service skills and be more organised. Apologise to your patrons or just a simple acknowledgment. Extremely subpar for Springvale standards. Will never be back here again as I will attend MyCambodia restaurant.
Restaurant owner and son needs to retrain on organisational management, communication and professionalism. Food was okay – one star for that.
