Went for dinner on a quiet new years eve night. Was originally in the mood for pho but decided to opt for rice due to the heat. Ordered the Chu Le special fried rice. It had hints of curry and a decent amount of squid. Was very happy that dish was not excessively oily.
That pho broth!!!! You dont need a menu here, just get the beef pho. Its amazing! Theres 3 sizes, small regular and large; I got small and didnt leave hungry. But if youre not in the mood for pho there is a lengthy menu with all the classics youd expect.
