Lovely little place run by very nice friendly people. Service is prompt and efficient. Food is great especially if you stick to Vietnamese favourites (lemongrass chili beef/chicken etc). Com Bo Luc Lac is, IMO, the single best meal in Springvale. Pricing is fine and there’s a wide range of Chinese dishes, drinks etc as well.
