Sushi shark is a newly opened sushi store opened on the springvale central strip.
Sushi rolls are small in size and have minimal filling but full of flavour.
Chicken sushi is decent with compressed rice and slightly sweet.
The staff are friendly and limited seats in the store.
Another new eatery up in the Eastern side, owned by a lovely husband and wife duo is a smallish Japanese cafe/restaurant good enough for a quick eat and go. Bright atmosphere with a few cute asian cartoon figurines as interior.
Serving size huge and Curry sauce packed full of flavour but not a fan of the breading on the chicken; Udon broth flavoursome and noodles cooked to perfection . Fresh sushi made daily and the 4 for $10 deal is a winner
