This bakery has been here for quite some time. The bakery sells freshly baked breads and desserts. The banh mi is consistent and the default pork banh mi is flavoursome with crispy bread, meat slices ans veggies.

Regular customer for custurd profiteroles.
At 1 dollar each these profiteroles are simply the best. This place can be easily missed and as such is a hidden gem in Springvale that deserves more attention. They are even somewhat hidden in the shop and are on the upper shelf on the top left cabinet. Definately if ever having a day trip in Springvale I cannot recommend them enough. Not too sweet, perfectly creamy with a soft but satisfying outer shell bite. My usual combination is a Bunbun banhmi followed by 2 profiteroles here. Ahh the perfect budget lunch!!
