A little shop dishing out food from bain maries, you can get some decent home made dishes with a bit of variety. I got some thit kho (braised pork & eggs) and some shredded bamboo shoots with pork. Although the sauces mingled with each other it’s not uncommon to see bamboo shoots in thit kho itself. The bamboo shoots were awesomely snappy and sweet but I felt that the pork in both dishes a bit dry, perhaps a fattier cut of pork from both dishes would have been better.
There’s one table you can dine on but people usually grab some takeaway. These type of shops are scattered around Springvale and are popular because it’s quick, cheap and the food homely.
