Very rude customer service and poor quality decoration of cake. Asked for fruits on top of cake and get 4 slices of peaches. 4 small pieces of peach on a big cake. Very unimpressed. Do not recommend!

The place to go for Dai Bao (Big Pork Bun) and Pork Puffs in St.Albans! Don’t be mistaken, the Dai Bao is not the pork buns you get at yum cha (although they sell those as well). It’s a bun probably three times the size of the normal pork buns and the filling is heavy and compact thats designed to fill you up for two meals. The mince meat contained is pork and usually had ginger, spring onions and some water chestnut to compliment. A cooked egg yolk is at the centre of the bun to complete the package. The juxtiposition of sweet fluffy bun and savory filling is something to be desired and not an aquired taste.

The pork puffs are equally as addictive although the filling is less dense but perfect as its set amongst layers of crispy and light puff pastry. One is not enough so buy 6 and if you can’t finish them, finish them later!
