Love everything about this venue!! Alwaus greeted by friendly staff and always leave feeling full and satisfied!! Love, love, love!! Has become our regular breakfast place!
Delicious fried eggs on toast, crispy on the bottom the way they should be! with 3 sides and all so well cooked. Gluten free toast was good too – haven’t tried that one before..they may bake it themselves. A bit cold outside with doggy but food wise – perfect!
Great energy here . Staff friendly ,service great . Food delicious ,good value . Delightful cafe a favourite for every reason . Coming back and recommend .
Best smashed avocado (with feta!) I’ve had in Melbourne in a long while, went beautifully with a poached egg and a side of the most perfectly grilled halloumi. Smiley friendly vibes to top it all of!
Kotch Lane is a little hole in the wall cafe just a short stroll from the St Kilda Botanical gardens. This place exudes cozy comfort with a late 70s vibe. The customer service is awesome and the gluten-free brownies are delectable – fingers of chocolaty goodness that have a fantastic texture. Would love to know their secret! Have a nice selection of lunch and brunch dishes as well as homemade pastries.
Comfortable neighbourhood cafe, people are really nice although foods are not superb.
Meh. A nice little cafe but far from being a gem. Coffee not so great for st kilda standards. No newspapers or anything to read. And breakfast was small expensive and not the tastiest on the block. Visit once if you are nearby, but definitely not 4.3
