love the idea of a matcha themed vegan cafe! the menu definitely is interesting and i really wanted to try out pretty much everything that was labelled glutenfree. its quite busy around brunch time so service isnt always the greatest but its nothing so bad that its worth complaining about.

ordered a hot matcha latte on almond milk & the matcha made in heaven pancakes. friend ordered an iced matcha latte on soy milk and the matcha burger with sweet potato fries. it took around 20-30 minutes before the food arrived so we only had the drinks to entertain ourselves. the drinks were decent, not super sweet and an ok amount of matcha powder. i dont think adding cinnamon powder to the iced is a great idea though and wish they hadnt.

the food is definitely made for instagram. its super pretty and aesthetic but i wish it tasted as good lol. my pancakes didnt taste like matcha but i guess thats a good thing or else itd be bitter… it was rather bland by itself but when you combine all the elements together (quite a mouthful), it tastes pretty decent! i definitely think there should be more of the syrup and the salted caramel ice cream because otherwise it gets a tad dry. still enjoyed it though!

matcha burger and sweet potato fries arent gluten free so i didnt try them but seeing how large the portion sizes were and for a similar price to my pancakes i ended up wishing i had gotten a lunch dish lol

i wouldnt say its a must try place unless you are either vegan or a matcha lover

The perfect spot for any plant based eating folk or anyone wanting to try meat free. Just make sure you try a dish with one of their vegan eggs yes, I said vegan. They have a slightly sweet taste but look and have similar consistency.

With an abundance of options on the menu you may have a hard time choosing, so youve been warned. My Mini and I loved our meals and drink choices, all were flavourful and filling I might add.

With an Instagram/ selfie prop corner theyve built it with millennials in mind. The bad write ups for Matcha are questionable or maybe I just got lucky? Either way, I definitely rate this spot and will be back soon!

Wow they really have astonishing food and can’t get everything right I’m pretty impressed I really love their concept and vibe that’s going on here, not to mention their amazing modern venue that makes you very relaxed I wish I tried their interesting lattes so many different flavours that you can’t really get anywhere else, so I had the Soba noodles instead it went down a treat, all the colours popped and simply came together quite well.

Very interesting place, I love the concept. Particularly like the unique lattes, the spiced beetroot one is my favourite (so far). Will be back for more!

Don’t only judge a cafe by its reviews is my saying and gosh it’s true about this place! I finally had the honour of visiting @matcha_mylkbar and what a surprise to my eyes it was! The owners must have worked countless hours to bring this creative concept to fruition! The pretend eggs look like a real egg and taste great! I couldn’t believe the yolk was sweet potato! Make sure you try their ‘flight lattes’ which gives you 4 mini flavours to taste! Order a bit of everything and bring your friends! which we love!

Vegan friendly cafe with great decor and very pretty food (for the instafoodies out there). It wasnt very obvious that they only served vegan food (at least to us anyways) so my carnivorous partner wasnt too happy with his fake avo & pumpkin on toast. I liked my matcha pancakes – its not as fluffy but the best vegan ones Ive had.

Vegan or not I would still recommend chucking this trendy plant based cafe on your list. The flight drink sampler board was something fun and all had a unique taste. The matcha burger was AMAZING the protein patty made entirely from plant based sources was delicious and kind of reminded me of chicken. The pancakes were another hit! My only criticism would be the high prices and a 25% ser charge on public holidays is a bit much. Just be prepared for a wait to be seated during busy periods, this place is a hit.
