Mr Wolf is a St Kilda pizza institution. Located in a perfect spot on Inkerman St just near Barkly, Twosheds clan has been coming here for years for the outstanding pizza. We rate this one of the best pizza joints in Melbourne. The pizzas are thin crusted – in true Italian style – and innovative. There are the classics on offer – think cappricciosa and margherita – but also the daily specials which are magnificent. We had asparagus, artichoke and prosciutto with a light Italian cheese (not a tomato based pizza) and it was just sublime. For those who dont eat pizza, there are a variety of other Italian inspired dishes which are also beautifully executed. The wine list is also fantastic – lots of Italian delights here: we had a Pinot and a Nero dAvola. The staff are fantastic. You wont regret trying this place.
