Following all the hype of this place I was pretty disappointed with what I experienced.

Our coffees came out lukewarm and the size of the meals were a letdown. The frenchtoast was only two corners of a piece of toast and who honestly leaves the green on strawberries?? And the big breakfast was a little lacklustre too.

The flavours and decor were all fine, as well as the service, but when you have hot competition across the road I think I would rather go to Matcha Myllbar.

Totally love this place and definitely recommend to everyone (not just vegetarians)!

I came here with two others on a busy, sunny Saturday. We were seated straight away and given menus. The waitress was kind but overall quite slow in taking orders. Plus our food and drinks took an unusually long time to come out – something I’ll overlook for this place though.

I ordered the Mediterranean Brekkie Bowl ($19) plus added Marinated Tofu ($4) and loved every minute of it! the tabouli worked really well with the tofu and pickled turnips. And the eggplant mixed with the cucumber and tomato salad, plus that dressing just elevated its freshness. The tofu was a great decision for some added protein and texture too! Left me feeling satisfied but wanted more of its deliciousness.
I also got the AB & J smoothie (($12) with added Maca ($1) and really liked this too. It wasn’t overly sweet as some smoothies are and was super thick (which I like). It is a little expensive, but justifiable with the protein and hemp seeds which are in it I think.

The other two loved their dishes but a let down was the Mango Lassi ($11) only because it really wasn’t a lassi. There was no tang and was definitely too thick to be one. It’s really a smoothie in my opinion. However, would really enjoy returning here to try out more of the menu!
