Yum! Love it here. Great breakfast, no annoying lining up for a table on the weekends, awesome coffee and really friendly and professional staff. So happy its my local
Delicious food and simple menu. Their staple is perfect with one piece of bread, one soft boiled egg with some hommus, tomato and avocado. If you are the type that can never finish a brunch dish, this is tasty and perfect. And then the lamb and chorizo is great for indulging. Its mixed with chilli, prone granites and pistachios on a bed of hommus accompanied by parsley and mint leaves.
This place is a bit of a go to for weekend brunches.
One of my favourites in St Kilda! Great food and coffee and super friendly staff. Its a regular breakfast stop for me. Baked eggs are amazing!
Been here for coffee quite a few times and have always got a great drop! Staff are friendly, food looks amazing and more importantly, they know what a magic is!!
All staff has changed since my last visit. Service is very average, coffee is ok. Both coffee cups were dirty on the rim and the little glass with sparkling water was dirty too! Had the breakfast for 2 with eggs, toast and 5 sides. Gluten free toast was under done and some of the sides were barely lukewarm. The highlight were the eggs that were poached perfectly.
They have a high surcharge for card payments which should be somewhere where customers can clearly see (printed on the menu for example). Its 8.5% I think. Not sure because they were unable to print the tax invoice since the bill was already closed and the cashier seemed to be upset when I asked. $58.50 is a bit too pricey for average food and service. Shame because Im a local but not going back.
Just came across this lovely cafe by chance and were completely wowed by the beautiful food and the fabulous wine.
The staff were friendly, informative and nothing too much trouble.
We enjoyed the Hash (beef) and the corn fritters. Definitely going back
