Felix is a delightful establishment and is the ideal place to hang out, with plush lounges and a clean crisp feel. It does not matter if it is 2 or 200 of you we can look after you. The lights are dimmed late at night to create a warm atmosphere with candles lit throughout the whole venue to encourage you to talk to friends or just soak up the funky music being played. We have two bars available and for both areas there is no hire charge. The Cocktail Bar within the Felix Bar is a great place to entertain. It is the place to be seen to mingle, chat and look down on the main bar below. We have a large range of finger food options avilable if booked in advance. The Main Bar can be booked in its entirity as a private room all you can have a section reserved for you and your party. There is a stage an amazing audio visual and sound system including lights and lasers. You are limited only by your creativity. Whether it is a corporate function, meeting, birthday bash, wedding reception, play or gig, we will work with you to make it happen. Depending on your numbers we can make it as spacious or as enclosed as you wish. We do everything for you, all you have to do is turn up and have fun. The easiest thing to do is to come in for a chat and a look around and then we can make a plan to give you a great night.On Mondays we have Salsa run by Gerrywith beginners classes starting at 8.00 , intermediate classes at 7.00 and free dancing from 9.00. Wednesday is our highly successful Comedy night with every week leading names from the comedy circuit both nationally and internationally bringing the house down with laughs to cater for many different spectrums of humour. Thursday is open mic night. Just bring you and your instruments and we provide the rest with music starting from 7. We do not care how good or bad you are and will listen to anything. In the main room you can set anything up to a five piece band and rock the night away. Fridays and Saturday is devoted to celebrating the start of the weekend. The after work crowd start the evening and then it is handed over to bands or functions in the main bar. Music starts around 7 and then there is a new act every hour. You can book the main area or upstairs in the cocktail bar for a private function if you wish. Sundays is a chill out session with local bands and acoustic acts relaxing and playing their own brand of music to finish off the weekend.
