Such an amazing place with wonderful and friendly staff! The food is delicious and so nourishing for your body. The wellness services they offer are second to none with their staff being extremely knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommend!

Delicious & nutritious food that caters to my dietary needs, yay! Staff are super helpful and it is clear the chef genuinely cares about the quality of the dishes.
Amazing tasting food, perfect coffee and Instagram worthy smoothies!
Classes and workshops are also available which makes this place a hub for wellness!
After scrolling for a Mothers Day pick (this is a late post clearly) Mr. Go Go, found my now all time favourite spot!
There are so many pluses about this cafe/ clinic and function space, where to start?
Our food picks were beautiful and oh so nourishing, that Im already planning my next trip here. Portion sizes were good although I could of eaten double it was just that good. The service we experienced was relaxed and friendly.
Aesthetically the cafe is bright, fresh and simple. Theres a small courtyard that also offers seating which would be great in the warmer months.
The buildings multifaceted space concept, combining a Holistic wellness practice, venue hire spaces and cafe is splendid. Their onsite nutritionist (created their marvellous menu) along with chiropractors and physiotherapist in an adjoining clinic, which for me adds to its overall uniqueness and appeal.
This is Lifes – approach to creating a holistic space is on the nose and for anyone wanting to experience something different I would highly recommend a visit.
