Very dark interior and lighting also play some live music on the weekend. Food is ok nothing amazing. Just another pizza place. But the staff is super friendly.
We came a little later than our booking but the staff were excellent and still made room for us even though they were full. Excellent service from start to finish. We ordered the risotto polo which was heavenly, full of melted cheese and soft risotto with mushroom and chicken. We also ordered two small pizzas, the Topolino’s Special and the Calzone, both of which were delicious. The Calzone, a pizza folded in half with filling inside, reminded my friend of lasagne with all the Bolognese sauce, and was particularly filling. Would love to return to try other dishes.
Food Order:
Chilli Calamari – 5/5. Side note: the portion size was very small for this dish. It would be great if the size was increased to a medium bowl.

Final verdict: an excellent Italian spot located in St Kilda. My family enjoyed their pizzas. Tasted fresh and flavourful. Friendly staff and great atmosphere inside the restaurant. It would be good to make a booking beforehand when your coming here. I will definitely come back next time to try the pastas and mussels!
I was surprised to see Topolinos had a 4.1 out of 5 star rating. I found the pizza quite average. When I think of good pizza, great dough with flavourful ingredients comes to mind, Topolinos pizza however doesnt have these key factors.

we ordered a gluten free Prosciutto and Rocket pizza which was really delicious and crunchy, really happy with how the gluten free base tasted! but unfortunately it was super oily and SO much rocket…
