Went in for the second time this month to organise a function date with them. Today I waited 15 minutes at reception and no one came to speak with me. I walked around the venue trying to find someone, then made my way into the casino to find 2 staff members who totally ignored me. When they finally made the effort to speak with me, they told me there was no one to help me and to come back another day.
Ate here Saturday night with friends and had a great meal. There was a singer entertaining the bistro and this created a great atmosphere. She wasn’t too loud that we couldn’t hear ourselves.,Garlic Bread wastasty. we had one with cheese and one without. I had the Chilli Beef Stirfry which was delicious and just enoughchilli and plenty of beef! myhubby had the Lamb Shanks which he saidwere excellent. All in all, we had a great night and great meals . definitely recommend.

Appalling service after one of meals came out after everyone else had finished. Very disappointed after living locally and holding membership for more than 30 years. Many other better options in sunbury than here. Try elsewhere.
Tuesday night is steak night and I have never been disappointed. Recommend the porterhouse with pepper sauce. Sometimes the veges aren’t prepared with enough love but for just over 20 bucks it’s quite a good meal. Went for dinner last week and boy has it gone down hill. Very ordinary food. Apparently there’s a new menu coming some time in November 2016. Will have to improve significantly before I go back.
Have been here a lot and tonight was the worst service ever!
Lucky we ordered to kids meals as soon as we sat down, the main meals took and hour and 15 to come out!

Very very disappointed
What a pleasant surprise this place was. It’s well above average with a great menu selection at reasonable prices. The Wine list could do with some work, but overall extremely pleasant for around $30-35 for 2 courses + drinks. Recommended
