Wheelchair accessible. No bathroom access due to no pathway wide enough to the bathroom.
Bookings essential due to space. We always have to book and state that we have a wheelchair. In saying that we have never had an issue when we have done this.
Table service.
Quite a loud environment. Nice and warm in winter.
Food to me was under seasoned. Being Italian I love my Italian food to be full flavoured. I ordered the carbonara and although the Base flavour was amazing I literally used half of our table pepper to give it some taste.

The food is tasty and authentic. It has a family friendly atmosphere. We always enjoy the food when we go however the last time we went, the staff needed to work on their service.

I couldnt count how many times weve been to Vics. Never ever disappointed. Pumpkin gnocchi and chicken saltimbocca are favourites…….and the cheesecakes……YUM.
Food is lovely, but they need to do something to lessen the noise. We went there for dinner on Saturday night and the chatter from patrons just got louder and louder from people trying to yell over each other to be able to hear. Unfortunate because it’s a lovely venue and the food is always nice.
Food is great but they have no idea how to take bookings or allocate tables. They need a more experienced manager to allocate. We along with several other groups waited 30-45 minutes to be seated and yet there were at least 10 different tables that sat there empty.
Always love coming to Vics, such great and enthusiastic customer service, delicious meals and yummy desserts! A little bit on the pricer side, but always a good place for special occasions!
