Food here tastes decent but it’s always dirty here.Expect them to accept cash into their hand only to use straight away on the food without washing.

Delicious Filipino food. Famous for their Spanish chicken!
    Halo halo is amazing here!
    Cheap meal deals.
    Good variety of Filipino food.
S L O W service. No sense of urgency. Takes about 20 mins to be served if theres two people before you.
Tables are always dirty (dirty dishes, crumbs).

Stumbled on this place accidentally thinking it was a regular charcoal chicken joint. Once inside I realised it wasnt but had already parked and didnt have time to hunt out another one( new to the area).
Thought Id give it a crack and glad I did!
I ordered the family pack as I had hungry moths at home and the chicken was delicious-that sauce is the bomb.
Could easily have passed on the chips for more rice though as it went great with the chicken. Will definitely be back-Yum!

Ive been to Chadz twice, once at around 7ish on a weeknight and the second 6:30ish on a Saturday night. The first time I had Combo 2 (2 hot dishes on rice + drink) while my partner had the half chicken combo to takeaway and the food was ready pretty quick. My meal was great, I ordered what I recognised, Menudo and there was another pork belly dish that was equally as tasty. My partners chicken was a bit dry and the chips tasted old and stodgy which we just put down to being the end of the day.
The second trip was a lot more disappointing. After awkwardly being looked at by two ladies and then ignored, the third lady finally looked over after seemingly wondering why I was there. I was waiting to be acknowledged but in hindsight I recommend just barking your order over the counter and prepare to repeat your order multiple times while you wait because they keep forgetting. I ordered 2x half chicken combos with 2 pork skewers and saw the lady immediately take the meat to the kitchen to heat up. After 5 minutes I was told to wait because the food that was put aside was actually for the table dining in. After 10 minutes I watched as a regular ordered and got his 1/4 chicken and chips combo within minutes. It then appeared that my order was possibly made to have there instead of takeaway in error but im not sure because after being asked what my order was again I still had to wait a while. Again, the chicken breast and pork was dry but the marinade is good and almost forgiving. Chips were either undercooked or made earlier that day and then microwaved.
Im so disappointed because I love Filo food and the beautiful Filo hospitality. I havent had a bad experience at a Filo restaurant until Chadz. Makes me wonder whether I would have been treated differently if I was either Filo or with Filos.

Very yum and affordable butterfly chicken. Grilled to perfection, with sweet sauce poured on top. Tasted very similar to their other branch in Werribee.
However service was faster in Werribee branch even though a lot customer queing.

This place is hopeless. Been here a couple of times and everytime they dont fail to provide horrible service. Last time I was there, I had to wait more than half an hour for a grilled chicken that was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. They offered to replace it but what I got next was a burnt and dry chicken breast. Left the restaurant feeling hungrier than when I came in. Never going back to this place.
