Another ‘new’ Turkish restaurant in Sunshine.The decor of the place looks quite nice, however the floor needs a good clean.The lady who served us and also prepared the food had difficulties understanding our English.I ordered the Shish meal and what a disappointment it was.As soon as I saw the lady who served us walking with a slab of frozen meat from the back alarm bells were ringing. You could hear her chuck it into the microwave, an unmistakable sound.Probably put on the hot plate chopped up and served as shish. In my books this is not shish. Everywhere else I have had Shish it is always grilled on a skewer.The dips were bland, and the salad consisted of three tomatoes and onions.The only redeeming thing was the Turkish bread.My partner got the lamb wrap. The doner was alright but it wasn’t fresh off the rotisserie rather the hot plate. It was unbalanced with too much meat and not enough salad.It was still miles ahead of my shish meal, though that would not have been hard.I would not come here again.
