Customer service was good.
The broken rice dish was tasteless even with the sauce. The fried chicken with tomato rice was nice. Overall it was okay.
They served me one of the best Bun Bo Hue I’ve ever had in Melbourne however their customer service is terrible. We asked for 2 glasses of cold water and that took longer than the usual time for it to come, and when it did, it was almost given to the table next to us until we said the water is ours. We also had to ask the staffs twice for some chilli oil because they were very slow and coming off forgetful when it comes to orders. The girl that sat next to us left the restaurant with a full bowl because she was so unsatisfied with the way the staffs has handled her order. Would only come back for their BBH if I was craving for it.
