Delicious Banh Cuon and Northern Style Spring Rolls! The mince meat filling of the Banh Cuon was perfect and complimented the taste of the thin rice noodle roll. The noodle soups tasted very authentic. Very quick service for busy people.
Food was as standard but services was extremely poor… young man owner was really rude and wait staff did not know what they carry out as we order 2 bowls of soup and the lady told us to poke the chopstick in to find out whose is whom… there was 2 dishes was somehow not available but they still take the order then the owner came yelling in my cousin ear said without excuse while being wait on Banh goi ran out already… unbelievable people that i never came across in my life doing restaurant people can be that rude. Full stop for the place and good luck for whoever want to try
It is a traditional Vietnam restaurant. The dining area was pretty comfortable. Ordered wonton soup which was a pretty traditional dish. Feel so warm after drink it.
I love Vietnamese food and its nice to eat at a place that feels like youre in Vietnam too once in a while! This place reminds me of a standard restaurant in Vietnam.
Their menu is small but they perfect every dish they put out is very good. I ordered congee and item no.1 which is the traditional rice cake wrapped around meat with Vietnamese ham, veggies and herbs and dipping sauce. The congee is very authentic but the menu showed that it was supposed to come with Chinese donut but in fact did not (misleading). The Banh cuong is spot on with the dipping sauce and herbs. Such a light and delicious dish.
If you come here, you need to leave your expectations of great customer service at the door though. The waitresses are very quick and come off quite rude. The wait can be a while too because they make the Banh cuong by batches of 1-3 orders so you might be waiting for someone else to place an order before you get your own…
Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Best bun mang vit ever, the broth is super flavourful and the banh cuon is light but filling! Highly recommended 5/5!
What can I say about this place? It’s a mix of good and bad feeling. Let’s start with the dishes that we ordered, char grilled pork with vermicelli. It tasted pretty good but the pork were too fatty. Possibly half of it were actually fat than meat. It came with fresh salad. So fresh that we actually found a dancing bug inside. The next food was Vietnamese puffs. It’s crispy and had interesting filling. It was super oily though. The last dish we had was fried squid cake. This tiny dish were battered nicely and served with the usual sweet chilli sauce. It’s good but overpriced in my opinion. It was super oily as well. If you are health conscious maybe avoid this place, otherwise it’s not too bad. Oh and check your salad.
Love this place!!! Food is absolutely amazing. Very tasty soups and all other dishes tasted have been outstanding. Staff are lovely and helpful. I always look forward to the next visit!
