Been here to get my bread couple of times. Really like the sour taste, maybe a tad it too sour but that’s okay. I love how there’s a really big variety to choose from. The only thing that really disappoint me is the breads don’t have enough air pockets which raises the question whether they still use the traditional recipe.
Buyer beware – this bakery has changed hands and no longer produces traditional sour bread with the same ingredients ; the original recipe appears to be altered in favour of more salt and sugar .
I am now devastated by this loss and on the look out for a new bread supplier .
Reading below , I also understand that the new owners have been penalised for breach of health and safety practices .
