Went there today and had the omelette of the day. It was a ham, cheese tomato. It was completely tasteless. Not even seasoned. I ordered it with a side of sausage. The sausage was cheap and nasty supermarket style and seemed like it was precooked because it was cooked a lot on the outside yet was only just warm and hardly warm in the middle.I cook far better than this at home so was horrified to pay $18+ for this.

Really average, wouldn’t waste my money for average breakfast that’s really out dated and the place is squished and noisy. Staff seem disinterested and coffee was below average..Meh

I went here with a friend for brunch today. Shes been here before and she likes it. Harrys Cafe and Deli is a rather small cafe but it was pretty busy. We decided to sit outside and I was happy that it was nice and shady.

The waiter working here gave us the breakfast menu. The choices on the menu were pretty standard and I didnt feel like eggs so I got the berry parfait dish. Ive never had a parfait before but Ive seen it being cooked many times on Masterchef hahaha. My dish didnt look like the ones cooked on Masterchef but more like an American style parfait. It came out in a jar with layers of a sweet berry compote and sweetened yogurt and muesli on top. I enjoyed my dish very much, I might have felt less guilty eating it if the yogurt was less sweet.

My friend seemed to enjoy her scrambled eggs on toast with avocado on the side but it was a huge serve so she didnt eat it all. For drinks I ordered my usual lemongrass and ginger tea and my friend had a strong flat white. I enjoyed my tea which was nice and strong. My friends coffee didnt have coffee art but she enjoyed it.

The people working here were friendly enough. When I walked in to pay, I saw all this delicious looking food behind the counter. Next time Im here Ill come inside and order something from the counter.
