This place is very cozy, superb ambience. They serve good coffees, Jaffles and yummy desserts! Had a serve of warm brownie with cream and Oreo cheesecake and definitely going back for more.

Seriously folks Baci da Roma is exactly what the neighbourhood needed. We are happy to interrupt our weekend morning walks for a fresh cup of delicious coffee and some to die for scones just out of the oven. The menu has a home cooked feel and taste to it, distinguishing itself from the over priced, cookie cutter same same smashed av inspired offerings you get everywhere else.

Gerry will always greet you with a smile and a sense of humour. Great with kids, happy to compliment the ladies while insulting the blokes 🙂

The place is tastefully decorated and the music selection makes you want to dance.
We look forward to Baci da Roma’s extended trading hours and sincerely hope it remains a permanent fixture of the Wales St strip for a long long time!!!

Have tried this place a handful of times since it opened. The original menu was bland so Im glad they changed it up. Food is ok. Ive had coffee here a handful of times, hoping it would improve but alas it has not. The owner, who makes the coffee and is lovely, said he had a cafe years ago and as someone who spent years in hospitality I think he needs to update his training. The coffee is below average and each time Ive either only drank half or had to put a ton of sugar in it. This could be a great little cafe but coffee needs to improve. Also those chairs in front of the bench are just plain weird.

Beautiful food with a nice coffee, combined with a great atmosphere. Great for us that they also cater for the very late starters who are after a very late lunch:-)
