Cafe in great corner location, one of my favourite places for a quick bite. Coffee is ok and I particularly like a egg and bacon roll from C&C.
Tables outside which is a Jerry P. personal favourite when looking at cafes.
Owner is friendly, efficient and does a mighty job. Menu is not huge, but I always find their sandwiches are filling.
Also C&C milkshake is pretty good, will go down very well with the current Melbourne heat.
