Homemade chilli sauces, homemade kombucha… theres a real homeliness to this cafe. The food was nice – basic but good. The chilli sauces definitely added some pizzazz to my meal. The retro fit out is a little outdated, but goes with the home style feel. The people that work there also have this real welcoming thing about them… so yeah, it really does make you feel at home, especially as you see some of the locals coming in just to say hi!
One of my top favourites! Everything on the menu is absolutely beautiful and decent sized meals. Great vego options and the chili paste is fabulous. Staff are friendly and quirky. And its not constantly busy so the vibe is chilled.
Great stuff, really nice staff, the breckie is amazing, coffee is perfect, definitely prefer this to Mellissa next door, also having the newspapers there everyday is good.
Went here for brunch and it was cosy with a great brekky-lunch menu. Ordered the veggie breakfast and literally had the most delicious mushrooms I’ve ever eaten! They were soaked in garlic and were amazing!!! Coffee was excellent – as it is in most Melbourne cafes. Service was so friendly! Fantastic spot! Would definitely visit again if in the area!
Love this place ! The chilli jam is tops. The guys who own it are always sweet and up for a chat! Often get the home made cakes, so delish !!

Great food and services, the waiting staff need to be more aware of the smallness of the spaces and hence how loud they can get. It mars an otherwise very pleasant experience. Fantastic food and coffee every time otherwise! :))
