The locals are very lucky to have this place as a local. Pushing out a respectful take on a traditional Neapolitan Italian Pizza. From what I can tell the sauce is traditional, uncooked with only salt added, the dough has some added semolina but adds to the flavour. The crust doesn’t have the cornicione you may be seeking but with such great topping combinations and fresh produce, along with the perfect amount of friendly customer service you will not go wrong.
